About Ennova
Ennova is Esade’s student association for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, aimed at promoting entrepreneurial spirit and connecting talent with opportunities. We are also the bridge between Esade’s La Rambla of Innovation and the student community.
The activity carried out by Ennova encompasses three main areas:
- Ennova Ventures: Events that spark entrepreneurial drive and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ennova Innovation: Events that question the status quo and our future.
- Ennova Impact: Events and Ideas that make the world a better place.
Our Departments

The Ennova Ventures department is responsible for coordination, development and organization of the largest student-made innovative events ever seen. These include our flagship, The IdeaUp Challenge and Health4Good Academic Edition. The department also oversees Ennova Consulting focused on offering consulting services to various firms and start-ups of the Barcelona area.

The Ennova Innovation department is in charge of the organization of events such as eMotion and Female Founders Nights. This department also manages Ennova’s Ecosystem Builder unit which is linked to Esade’s Rambla of Innovation, providing networking and awareness of the latest trends. This department is also in charge of the production of the Innovation Podcast

Ennova Impact is the home of events and ideas that make the world a better place. The main objective of the department is to have a positive social impact on the community through the events organised. It oversees the coordination and organization of projects, talks, and events. The department also runs long-term development plans in collaboration with Esade Think tanks and external NGOs and Companies.

The department of Human Resources is responsible for the creation of a sense of community within Ennova members, along with managing the internal logistical aspects of the association in relation to participants. The central task of the Human Resources department is to propose and organize team-building activities or events, which encourage the engagement of all Ennova members. Moreover, it arranges the logistical aspects behind processes such as the recruitment, internal follow up interviews, or similar proceedings.

The Communication department is responsible for promoting and informing students and faculty through social media about Ennova’s initiatives to increase engagement. It creates online content for the association, managing the social media platforms of Ennova, such as Linkedin, Instagram, and TikTok.

The Finance and Partnerships department focuses on the Ennova budget distribution within all the departments on a need-based system. In addition, it is responsible for keeping interaction with our existing partner companies as well as actively researching and contacting potential partners for Ennova’s various events.

The digital department is responsible for the coordination and development of Ennova’s online presence. Its core mission is to manage all of the websites for the association and its partners, along with the monthly newsletter. It is also responsible for granting technical and logistical assistance to the event teams throughout the year. It is the only student-run technical department of the Esade campus.
Application Process
The first step is for participants to choose a position among the ones being offered. In each position page, under the description there is a form via which application will be conducted.
Once we receive the application, we will assess the CV and cover letter. The next step would be, if necessary, for HR to contact the candidate for an interview. The interviews will be individual and held online. Finally, the last step is for candidates to participate in a group interview, with other applicants with a similar profile.
